Somatic EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with a somatic approach, combines elements of traditional EMDR therapy with somatic experiencing techniques.
EMDR is a psychotherapy approach that helps individuals process distressing memories and experiences, particularly those associated with trauma, by using bilateral stimulation (eye movements or sound) to facilitate the brain's natural healing process.

Transformational Breathwork
1:1 Sessions & Groups
Transformational Breathwork is a powerful somatic healing practice that uses conscious, rhythmic breathing to access deep layers of stored trauma, emotional blockages, and stress.
By engaging in intentional breath patterns, individuals activate the body's innate ability to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Breathwork serves as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious, allowing suppressed emotions and memories to surface safely. As the body shifts from a state of restriction to openness, stored trauma can be processed and integrated without needing to re-experience it cognitively. This approach supports individuals in cultivating resilience, emotional clarity, and a profound sense of embodiment. Read more...
